Creativity, innovation and thinking out of the box are the factors for entrepreneurial success. Putting a new fragile idea into the world could be very tough and can feel very lonely. You will need to overcome lots of self-doubts while embracing your self-expression. This evening we are getting together to shake off the moments of frustration and creative stuck and get our strength for the next tremendous jump towards success and fulfillment.
For this we invited 4 amazing female speakers who will share in inspiring lightening talks their perspective and experience to help you get more creative and get in the flow. Katharina Stoltz, an entrepreneur, coach and trainer will speak about finding your uniqueness and making a difference in how you feel about yourself. Charlotte Specht, founder of Book A Streetartist, will share with us the stories from the artist world and how to work where creativity and capitalism collides. Alisa Sydow and Daiana Vázquez, founders of the wine startup Nampelka, will bring in their knowledge on how to stay creative while working in a multicultural team.
On top of that to trigger your sensations and mind you will get the chance to enjoy a photographic project, called “Elementos”. It is created by the Argentinian female artists Yamila De Pico and expresses the poetry of the body and nature showing that “We are not perfect. But we are natural.” She will guide us through the creative process of bringing this idea to life.
Wait…this is not all…. We will greet you with of prosecco and during networking part you can connect with the supportive community of like-minded female entrepreneurs while enjoying exclusive Agentinian wine made from 100% Malbec – the label called Nampelka. Tasty snacks and fruits are provided for this evening.
All this magic will happen with you in the beautiful Retramp Gallery in Berlin-Neukölln concentrating on experimental art and alternative realities.

“How to Cultivate Creativity in a Multicultural Startup Team”
Daiana and Alisa are the founders of Nampelka, where they offer delicious argentinian wine. Both women are from different parts of the world – Daiana from Argentina and Alisa from Germany – but their travel passions and the wanderlust brought them together in 2014. When they first met in Fortaleza in Brazil, they didn’t know they would be co-founders. But after traveling around in Europe and taking part at an expo in Milan in 2015, the idea of Nampelka came up. Since then both women are living their entrepreneurial dream!

An advocate of sustainable value creation and social entrepreneurship, Charlotte set out to bring transparency, fairness and efficiency into the creative sector and to empower independent artists. As co-founder of Book a Street Artist and Editor in Chief of PANTA Magazine, together with her partner Mario Rueda she managed to grow a small non-profit idea to a successful start-up with a team of ca. 12 people supporting more than 500 artists worldwide.

Yamila De Pico, Artist and Entrepreneur, Creator of the Photographic Project „Elementos“
Yamila De Pico born in 1989 in Argentina. She studied Sociology and Photography in Buenos Aires. Since 2017 Yamila is based in Berlin, where she participates in several artistic projects and expositions. “Elementos” is a photographic project created to express the poetry of the body and nature through images in order to show that “We are not perfect. But we are natural.” It was a work carried out between December 17th and April 18th, in Mascherata (Italy) and Berlin (Germany), 2017-2018.
